10 - 4 large flour tortillas

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
03 - Place chicken on the preheated pan and grill for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
04 - In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Toss until evenly coated.
05 - Briefly warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 15-20 seconds to increase pliability.
06 - Lay each tortilla flat and spread the salad mixture evenly down the center. Arrange sliced chicken strips on top of the lettuce mixture.
07 - Fold in both sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top to form a secure wrap. Slice each wrap in half diagonally before serving.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything you love about Caesar salad but it won't wilt before lunch
  • The warm chicken against cold crisp lettuce creates this perfect temperature contrast I didn't know I needed
  • You can prep all the components Sunday and eat these all week without that sad leftovers taste
02 -
  • The resting period for chicken isn't optional as cutting into it immediately lets all the juices run onto your cutting board instead of staying in the meat
  • Overfilling these wraps is how they become unwieldy and fall apart so restraint with the salad mixture actually pays off
03 -
  • If your tortillas are stiff and cracking, pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds wrapped in a slightly damp paper towel
  • The wrap rolls easier if you pile ingredients slightly off-center toward the bottom third rather than right in the middle
