# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The layers stay crispy on bottom and perfectly melted on top every time
  • Everything cooks in one pan so you spend more time with people not at the stove
  • Customizable toppings mean everyone finds something to love
02 -
  • Layer chips halfway through topping or the bottom ones will get soggy before cheese melts
  • Let the beef cool slightly before assembling so hot meat doesn't wilt the fresh toppings
03 -
  • Use a rimmed baking sheet or the juices will spill in your oven and smoke
  • Let the nachos rest 3 minutes after baking so the cheese sets slightly and toppings don't slide off when serving
