A refreshing medley of seasonal fruits with an optional honey-mint dressing, ready in just 15 minutes.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Fresh Fruit

01 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
02 - 1 cup blueberries
03 - 1 cup pineapple, cut into bite-size pieces
04 - 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
05 - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
06 - 1 orange, peeled and segmented

→ Dressing

07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
08 - 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
09 - 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint

# How to Prepare:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits — sliced strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, kiwi slices, halved grapes, and orange segments.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup for a vegan alternative), and finely chopped mint until well blended.
03 - Drizzle the dressing evenly over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all the fruit without bruising or mashing it.
04 - Serve immediately at room temperature, or refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving for a refreshingly cool treat.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It takes less time than scrolling through your phone looking for something to make, and honestly tastes better than most things you would find.
  • The optional honey lemon dressing ties everything together without masking a single fruits natural sweetness, which is a trick I underestimated for years.
02 -
  • Cut all the fruit to roughly the same size so every spoonful feels balanced instead of awkward, which I learned after serving a bowl with giant pineapple chunks and tiny blueberries that embarrassed me quietly.
  • If you make this more than an hour ahead the kiwi will start breaking down and getting mushy, so either add it last or accept the texture tradeoff.
03 -
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt on top just before serving makes every single fruit taste more like itself, and nobody will guess your secret.
  • Room temperature fruit tastes dramatically sweeter than cold fruit from the refrigerator, so pull everything out about thirty minutes before you start cutting.
