03 - Taste the blended mixture and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more sugar or lime juice as needed to achieve desired flavor balance.
04 - Pour the smooth fruit mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container. Cover tightly with lid or plastic wrap and place in freezer for 1 hour.
05 - Remove container from freezer. Using a fork, stir mixture vigorously to break up any ice crystals forming around edges. Return to freezer immediately.
06 - Repeat stirring process every 30 minutes for 2 to 3 hours total. Each time, use fork to break up ice crystals until sorbet reaches firm, smooth consistency throughout.
07 - Let sorbet sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly. This allows for easier scooping and optimal texture.
