01 - In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken cubes, tossing to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

05 - Whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
