02 - Process until mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed. Adjust sweetness to taste.
03 - Divide the mousse evenly among four serving glasses or bowls.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up and meld flavors.
05 - Before serving, garnish each portion with fresh raspberries and optionally sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings and mint leaves.
